OPERATIONALTRAINING MANAGER
£20-30K BASIC DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Covering from East Midlands to Manchester possibly up to Glasgow
Based in Nottingham
Calling all Training Managers – Are you currently working in training and looking for your next career move with a forward thinking company? Well we have just the job for you.
The Role:
Responsible for encouraging an environment of continued learning based on quality performance and personal development. This will include full involvement in assessing all training and personal developments needs of employee’s at all levels by internal and external training courses and on the job training by line managers.
In a nutshell, your role is to identify training needs and assist in developing our clients training strategy and responsible for the designing and developing of all management and operational training programmes.
The Person:
The successful candidate will possess a strong, purposeful persona with exceptional communication skills and have a good understanding of training procedures.
You must be able to work on your own initiative within the field and consequently must exhibit excellent planning and organisational skills. You will have at least 1-5 years experience within a training or similar role, educated to GCSE standard and ideally CIPD qualification or similar training qualification OR currently studying for CIPD.
